My name is Sanjay and I'm a Yoga teacher/Instructor from Delhi and I have completed my studies at Kaivalayadham (one of the oldest recognized Yoga school in India ) in May 2019 I have done six months internship at Kaivalyadham college and masters in yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit university, Uttarakhand. I am a RYS 200 + 300 Yoga alliance certified teacher. I'm practicing for quite some time now. I practice and teach Hath yoga and Ashtanga vinyasa. I have learnet about the Asana, Pranayama, Hatha yogic text, Indian philosophy, Anatomy and physiology related to asana, Mantra chanting, Yoga Nidra & Meditation. In addition to all the above, I'm an expert in Shatkarma (Body cleansing technique in yoga). I have assisted and demonstrated in many workshops organized in my college. Also, I take some online classes in India, Australia, USA & China I?m teaching yoga from last 8years. I have worked with many different government organisations like Indian army, Maharashtra police,Indian oil.And many private companies like Leela hotels etc. As a yoga instructor recently I was working in Atmashree yoga retreat centre,Pokhara,Nepal.
