Ravi Kumar – Qualified International Yoga Instructor & Therapist Ravi Kumar is a highly accomplished and certified yoga instructor with extensive experience in both national and international platforms. He is a National Gold Medalist in Yoga (SGFI) and had the honor of representing India as a yoga professional at the India Pavilion in Dubai Expo 2020 for six months. He holds a Master of Science in Yoga from SVYASA University, Bangalore, and has completed a 200-hour Teacher Training Course from AYM, Rishikesh. Additionally, he is a certified Protocol Yoga Instructor from the Ministry of Ayush, further strengthening his expertise in traditional and therapeutic yoga practices. Currently, Ravi Kumar is working as a Yoga Instructor at Cultfit, where he helps individuals enhance their physical and mental well-being through structured and effective yoga programs. With a strong background in advanced yoga techniques and holistic wellness, he is dedicated to guiding individuals toward better health, mindfulness, and inner balance.
