Common questions
What's free?
Searching, Find a buddy, booking, joining games and events, the free tools, and messaging coaches. On the free plan you can start a few new chats with players and send a few invites each month; replies are always free.
What does "no booking fee" mean?
Every booking normally has a small convenience fee (2%, at least ₹20, plus GST on the fee). With Pro you don't pay it on any booking for the whole year.
Can I get my money back?
If something went wrong, write to us from the Help page within 7 days of paying and we'll sort it out.
What does Featured mean for coaches and venues?
Your listing is shown first under "Recommended" in your city and area, with a small "Featured" label so players know it's promoted. Players can still sort by rating, fee or distance.
