I am a postgraduate in Physical Education (MPED) and a national medalist in Kho Kho. I've also excelled as a state-level athlete in 800m running. Alongside, I've completed my gym instructor course, which allows me to share my passion for fitness with others. Calisthenics is a big part of my training regimen, and I integrate it into sports fitness, focusing on strength and conditioning. My diverse background equips me to excel in both athletic performance and fitness instruction.
